It would have been helpful to understand when booking, that there was a managing agent on site who would arrange / allocate things. I thought I had booked a specific chalet, not that I had to visit a reception to be allocated a chalet. That would have been helpful when booking transfers etc. Also that there was a barrier that needed a code. Some of our party that had a taxi were almost left at the barrier with all their luggage, which would then have to be carried up the hill to the chalet. Could the code be sent before arrival?

"Un lugar encantador bien ubicado en Alto Jaramillo, tiene una vista espectacular a toda la ciudad de Boquete y Volcán Barú fue impresionante para mis niñas ver salir el arco iris justo del jardín de las cabañas. Las instalaciones del lugar muy buenas y limpio; el restaurante muy rico y el personal muy amable y complaciente te hacen sentir como en casa! Para llegar al lugar la carretera en buen estado y cerca del pueblo de Boquete!"

This is a personal preference, but we found the pillows quite hard. But honestly, when you wake up in a tree house, the pillow thing is really a tiny issue, which gets forgotten about the moment you open your eyes, and you see the gorgeous waterfall on the property, the resident squirrel and the 2 dogs Bobby and Ania ❤️

For a family of four it was a bit tight spaced, but not unmanageable. Just for awareness - it is one bedroom and the sleeper couch serves as second bed.

ركن الاطفال يحتاج الى صيانه وتجديد والشبكه ضعيفه جدا جدا في فيلا رقم 1 حيث واجهتنا مشكله وضعف في الاتصال مع الشبكه وجهاز التلفاز يفتقر الى برامج الافلام عكس فيلا رقم 2 كانت الشبكه جيده نوعا ما وكان التلفاز يحتوي على برامج افلام للمشاهده

"A wonderful , basic cabin located in the arguably the best location on the island . Surrounded by acres of exotic fruit and native forest beyond. Birdlife is prolific. This is a place to stay for birdwatching with flocks of African grey parrots, kingfishers, egrets .. and so much more to see.. Excellent value meals can be brought to your table daily. Freshly caught fish, local grown fruit and rice. No need to cook . It's good quality and great value. Bring cash for guides and daily, national park entry fees . The beach is amazing ... REALLY"

Ensure you have bought a local sim-card, loaded with data before arriving. Wifi may not work. Also, before arriving, stop at a supermarket and buy sufficient drinking water for your stay. ( 2 litres per person per day minimum ). Bring mosquito spray for your jungle walks and be prepared to rough it .

Парковка 7. Близость к достопримечательностям на юге 8. В 10 мин езды супермаркет."

1. Не работал телевизор ( обещали заменить у след постояльцам) 2. Пляж не пригоден для купания. Практически всегда отлив. 3. Для проживания в вилле нужно авто.

لايوجد سوبر ماركت قريب.. يجب ان تحضر احتياجاتك الغدائيه معك.. والغرفه لا تحوي فرن ولكن فيه طباخ كهربائي يفي بالغرض.. والمكرويف في الخارج ولكن ممكن استخدامه.. ويوجد مكان خارجي مجهز للشواء بادواته. بسعر اضافي.. لايوجد شطاف بدورات المياه

"We were warmly greeted by Roanda and definitely the arrival the place exceeded our expectation. Such a beautiful colourful - African Style accommodation. delicious breakfast, clean room and a beautiful exotic garden. The all the staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. I can highly recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to book there again."

Le petit chemin qui mène jusqu'à l'hébergement est un peu difficile à emprunter. Surtout avec les bagages.

"Everything you will see at this place is handmade by the owner himself and you can tell he and his family put all their heart and soul in it. We had a very comfortable room with a terrace and we also visited the cellar with multitude of paintings, sculpture and Kvevri wine."

"Rooms were spacious, great hot water and comfy bed. The area was close to everything but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Rooms were also sound proof. Darrin was very helpful, he recommended and booked us on a great hiking tour which I can highly recommend."

"We loved this place - set out in the middle of the rain forest with little other than toucans, howler monkeys, bats and agouti for company. I admit that if you are looking for a bland, all inclusive resort - La Ceiba may not be for you. But if you you want to sleep in the rainforest then this place is beyond perfect. There's a decent track about 400m long from where you park to the accommodation. It is lit at night - watch out for snakes and you'll definitely see frogs."

Just a suggestion - you should promote the work of the Jaguar Rescue Center more. We stayed here partly because the money is used to help wildlife - but many people may not make that connection and so may not go and visit the JRC
