"Would be great to have coffee or tea facility in the room, I did get a coffee from the restaurant kitchen but in the room would have been better, also a fan I did ask but not available, everything else was lovely"

"This quaint chalet is high up overlooking the lake, we had single rooms and the view from the balcony’s was amazing. On arrival it appears a bit dated but it is spotlessly clean and its interior is very comfortable. The staff are the highlight. We arrived on 4 motorcycles (safe parking) and the manager was waiting to show us our parking spots ! The food in the restaurant is superb too, with a good choice on the menu. Breakfast, typical good continental. We were even offered free bus tickets to go into Thun, and the busses run until late with a stop 2 minutes walk away. Thank you so much to the staff, will stay again if in the area."
