"The desserts during breakfast are great - better than in any 5-star hotel I have ever been to. Usually hotels go cheap and provide at most brownies, but here we had cheesecake, chocolate cake, apple pie and many more. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel reception. Free coffee and tea any time of the day"

"The rooms need renovation, in my opinion. It would also be great if bottled water were provided every day. As for the hot options at breakfast, there were only eggs and sausages. It’s somewhat acceptable, but it could definitely be improved in the future."

"I enjoyed the close proximity to the Vitosha Bulevard walking street and the National Palace of Culture subway station. The subway goes with one change straight to Sofia international airport terminal 2, which is very convenient. I laso enjoyed the warm and helpful staff and the cozy breakfast restaurant. Additional plus for the chocolate cake delivered to my room on Valentines Day 😊 The room was nice and comfortable with large bed and all necessary amenities including a safety box. A very good value for money considering the location! I will definitely visit again 🙏"

"Great location in the centre of the city, with parking available. Parking is in a small yard with a narrow entrance, but they will help you navigate if need to and can even do the maneuvering for you if you would wish so - no issues at all. Looks like it had space for about 5-6 cars, so be sure to reserve in advance. They have a "happy hour" with free alcohol and snacks on the evenings from 18-20. I did not want to put this into dislikes as it was free, but man was it a time travel experience. There was a small room, a guy was sitting there watching TV and smoking a cigar with air filled with smoke and he just points you to a table with many different bottles and some chips and tells "self service". I would rather sit in a nice place and pay for the drink than this smelly room, but if you want a free drink I guess it's nice? Very nice breakfast with a lot of variety and a lot of care put into it. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"The colleagues were absolutely perfect! They did everything possible to make our stay more comfortable and helpful. The hotel is located right in the city center, which is very convenient. Although breakfast normally starts at 8:00 AM, they specially prepared it for us at 7:00 AM because we told them we had to leave early. I have honestly never seen such thoughtful service before. Everything was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"This small hotel exceeded my expectations! Not only is it in the middle of the center, the staff is extremely helpful and every evening they serve their guest free food and drinks during happy hour! Also breakfast is elaborate and I regularly got a small surprise in my room, a little cake or snack. Wonderful!"
