"Convinient location for my business at least. The standard room was large, the bed was very comfort bed, many pillows were available. Good restaurant with good food quality and tasty dishes. Nice variety of food in breakfast."

"Room Wi Fi slowed down many times and Internet connection lost repeatedly. Some noise in the room from the adjacent room, nosie insulation is not strong. Cleaniness in bathroom can improve. Breakfast should include more fresh items, like juices, breads quality should improve, and cleaniness on tables and chairs is not that good. Air condtioning in the reataurant is not appropriate, quality of olive oil on the table is bad, many salt/pepper mills on the tables are not working or are empty."

"The room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed, pillows, and blanket, making it easy to relax. The towels were large and fluffy, which is always a nice touch. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool. The room was mostly clean, though I did notice a long cobweb string hanging from one of the ceiling lights. The location is outside the city centre, but it's very well connected by public transport, particularly tram line No. 27, which takes about 25 minutes to get to the heart of the city – fairly convenient. I found this hotel to offer much better value for money compared to other 4- and 5-star options in the city centre. There’s also a fitness centre that’s open 24/7, though it only has basic equipment, some of which is a bit old and not in the best condition."

"Unfortunately, half of the reception staff I interacted with were quite unwelcoming and even bordering on rude, although there was one really kind receptionist (whose name I didn't catch). The walk-in shower didn’t have a door, so water would spill out and wet the bathroom floor. The bathroom itself was quite small, especially compared to the size of the bedroom. They also have a rather unusual policy where solo guests are only given one towel per room, which felt a bit inconvenient. There were no slippers in the room, though you can request them from housekeeping if needed. Additionally, there was no tissue box or body lotion in the bathroom, which felt like another small detail that was missing."

"We were looking to rent an apartment for my son in the area of the Hotel as he will be studying at the Medical University (15 min tram ride). Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and Hotel was really clean. Good selection for breakfast."

"We decided to eat at the Hotel Restaurant one evening. The service was terribly slow. It seemed like the 'waiter' was also working at the bar of the hotel and was more interested in spending his time there. Without exaggerating we must have waited 35-40 mins for him to come back after finishing our main meal to see if we wanted the bill 'or anything else'."
