"Our host Ella was fantastic. She has great local knowledge, and was very helpful. She arranged gluten free options for my wife for breakfast and we were offered plenty of options on the breakfast with a wide selection of breads, fruit salad, boiled egg cooked to our liking, and a little treat (the first day was home made carrot cake, followed by gingerbread and chocolate brioche on the subsequent days). The room was a good size, with a shower and separate toilet. There was daily turn down of the room with water and tea/coffee provided daily. WiFi in each room meant we could watch programmes on our tablet or listen to music when we returned to the room. The b&b is also in a fantastic location as it's very central to everything, meaning you a 30 minute walk to either end of the city. If arriving by train consider getting a taxi or bus to the b&b though as it's about a 30 minute walk which is tricky with luggage over the cobbled pavements."

"All was incredible. Ela is a fantastic host. The rooms are nice, with a careful decoration and all the things you need. Every day a new bottle of water. The breakfast is copious and varied; every morning a surprise!! The house is in the center of Brugges, 5 minutes walking to Grote Markt. And Ela is Ela!!! She is wonderful. She gave us so useful information that our visit to Brugge was very complete, discovering places that probably we didn't see without her help. She helped us in organize our visits to Gant and Amberes, providing us useful information about trains, prices.... Brugge is lovely and Ela is lovely as well."

"The best holiday accommodation we have ever had. Ella was the perfect host and the attention to detail was so impressive. Our room was absolutely spotless. Her knowledge on Belgian culture and Bruges itself was second to none. Arranged us a top class taxi at a fantastic price when Uber quoted a ridiculous price for a 1 mile journey. Being a fussy eater I was worried how I would cope with continental breakfasts...i needn't have worried as Ella soon realised what we liked the most. Cant thank her enough really for a fabulous stay, almost certain we will re visit as we both enjoyed it so much. Thank you Ella."
