"The hotel was so kind to give us an upgrade. Our room was large and tidy, very clean. Great shower and nice amenities. Location is amazing, almost on the top of the mountain and people would skii on the lanes around it, we could see from our bedroom window. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with many different options. The evening event was also very nice to attend, with live music and good environment. Staff was very kind and considerate."
"The food was a little cold and the bar was a bit expensive. The saunas were small and one of them was under maintenance, but it didn't bother us as most of the guests were skiing. The pool could have been warmer, but it wasn't a problem either."
