"This was an amazing stay! We loved our room/apartment! It was a great value for money - plenty of space and very handy to have a kitchen! There were laundry services available and breakfast was spectacular! The location was great - just a short walk from the supermarket and the main square. The staff was lovely!"

We stayed during the heatwave which I suppose is pretty rare. There’s no air conditioning but it was naturally quite cool in the apartment!

"I've stayed at this place for over 20 years and it has always been reliable. It is clean, quiet, and safe. This is not luxury of course and the furniture might be from a few generations ago but it is practical and very very clean. There is a small kitchen to allow you to make coffee and other small dishes. For the price it is an excellent choice and the location is superb."

It would be nice if it would be able to heat the room a little bit more. Traditional places in Lima tend to not bother much with heating or air conditioning because the temperature usually stays the same at around the 60s

"Great area, good value for money accommodation with easy 10-15 minute walk to the station. Good connections into Paris. A lovely little park by the hotel, excellent boulangerie opposite for breakfast and treats, supermarket and restaurants close by. Useful kitchenette for preparing snacks, light meal. المواقف تقريبا 5 دقايق مشي وبفلوس تقريبا 4 دنانير كويتي لذلك اصفط سيارتك قدام الفندق نزل أغراضك داخل وروح اصفط سيارتك وارجع ، لا يوجد شخص يساعد في حمل الحقائب ولا يوجد اصنصير

Pool needs to be renovated, tiles were missing. Also walls in wellness could be painted.

"The property is located close to the beach, which was great! The bed was comfortable, and they had AC. It did really look like in the pictures. There was a free parking place to park your car. Also, they provided free places on the beach with umbrella."

"Location is excellent with buses and taxi rank directly outside. Supermarkets and all downtown shopping within a very easy walk. This literally is the city centre of Nuuk with all the convenience and facilities that brings but has a small town feel due to Nuuk being only 19000 people. I was easily able to walk to anywhere in central Nuuk including the waterfront. The washing machine was very convenient, I cooked several times in the kitchen and the balcony on the western side was a nice touch. The views are amazing and the Aurora is visible from your room but is better viewed away from the brightly lit centre of town."

The windows need to be cleaned.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.

Woke up every morning around 6 from the dogs barking.

"Good location with eateries nearby and ZhongShan MRT Station not too far away. Staff were especially helpful and thoughtful."

The beds and pillows were too soft for our liking.

"The room was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was very tasty with plenty of choice. Unfortunately the weather was not so good when we were there but there was a nice walkway down to the beach and a nice pool area and I would certainly come back and stay for longer in the summer when this hotel would really come into its own."

The staff member served us breakfast but as it was laid out as a buffet I think I'd rather have just helped ourselves. We were the only ones there so it felt a little strange having someone waiting around just in case we wanted an extra slice of break or cup of coffee.

غرفة واحدة من اصل 3 في الشقة بها حمام داخلي الانترنت ضعيييييف جدا غير سريع منطقة الإفطار صغيرة ويجب الحضور باكرا لتناول الافطار الأثاث نوع ما قديم ويصدر أصواتا مزعجة التصريف في دورات المياة يتطلب تعديله

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

"The Apartment was very comfortable, warm, nicely equipped and has everything you need. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable with two nice bedrooms and dark curtains, so you can sleep very well. It even has a small balcony."

It is quite far away from the city but the Luas makes it very easy to get there, so it is really ok as a location. There is not much around, but the supermarket is close and some food-places too.

Kind of pricy for what the room had to offer. A mirror in the room would have been good.

- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

Breakfast could do with a revamp.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.
