"Staff (Joseph) was very friendly and helpful! I appreciated flexibility in checking out a little late since I was running late. They were very kind and accommodating. He even helped me with my bag to the car. Liked the big shower head, shampoo & shower gel, complimentary water bottle and access to filtered water. There was also a communal kitchen and free parking. Room was spacious and clean."

"The manager was very friendly and welcoming. He did everything to help us settle in . He gave us help on traveling how to get the bus and gave us directions to reach our destination. He told us where to order meals and even did so for us he ."
"The hotel is on the fourth floor but there is no lift so that was challenging. He could even offer hot drinks and sandwiches for guests first thing in the morning as we didn’t want the bother to do these things on holiday and the area where the hotel is not too convenient for quick meals on the go otherwise it was very comfy and relaxing and a pleasant place to stay. Let’s hope they get the lifts in."
