"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

الاثاث متهالك جدا يحتاج تغيير خاصة اثاث غرف النوم نت الفندق جدا ضعيف صعوبة في الحصول على المواقف امام الفندق مباشرة .

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

Kigali is a city which is really spread out so therefore there is no central part as such. It is with an easy reach of the airport and the city centre by Taxi. I would make this a destination Hotel. Extremely good value for money and you need to try the Rwandan breakfast

"Great area, good value for money accommodation with easy 10-15 minute walk to the station. Good connections into Paris. A lovely little park by the hotel, excellent boulangerie opposite for breakfast and treats, supermarket and restaurants close by. Useful kitchenette for preparing snacks, light meal. "It is a self-contained island of greenery (nice big garden) and quiet, with lots of things for a 5-person family to do and a lovely atmosphere. The team running the Villa were super friendly and supportive - our daughter needs to eat gluten free food and they helped us by ensuring fresh gluten free bread every day in the morning for her and once even baked a special cake. Our energetic two year old could run in the garden, play with the toys from the toy collection and enjoy the sandbox, which kept him busy and us as relaxed as possible... The fully equipped kitchen gave us the freedom to cook as we needed to. And the option to use the bicycles with a baby seat was just great. Would gladly go back for another stay."

The only downside in our opinion is no grocery stores in walking distance. You do need a car to move around.

"The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer, widescreen TV with Sky, lovely big sliding door with great views over Gib, as well as access to a pool and gym, with a Costa coffee in the foyer. It’s in a great location near some very nice restaurants such as Rendezvous, The Lounge, Monique’s, and Cafe Pepe (fabulous fish!) and a short walk to a nice tapas wine bar, Main Street, Casemates Square and only 20 mins walk to the cable car. The added bonus is being next door to Morrisons- we don’t want to eat out all the time so it is very convenient to have bread, cheese, salad, and wine on the doorstep. All the staff are incredibly nice, with a special mention for Kristina who gave us a really amazing room! I’ve been here for work many times, this is the first holiday we’ve ever had here and I highly recommend staying at Atlantic Suites - for a perfect holiday apartment."
