"Loved how quiet the place was and how nice the room was as the bed was so comfortable ."

"I didn't like the fact that I booked in the rain season, as a lot of bugs were inside the house especially the bath room, but by morning I didn't find any."

"De staf deed er alles aan om mij een gastvrij verblijf te bieden. Excellent eten dat speciaal voor mij bereid werd. De chauffeur / gids had veel kennis van de wilde dieren."

"The villas are clean, modern and were perfect for my needs. I was able to walk to local restaurants and shops which I really appreciate. The close shopping mall had everything I could have needed. The villas and gardens were well kept and the staff were very friendly and keen to make my stay comfortable. The finishes in my room were great and it was very clean and serviced daily. I wasn’t able to really take advantage of the pool and clubhouse until the morning of my departure. The staff were so happy and accommodating offering a ‘Full English’, all I wanted was a cuppa which they provided. What a lovely setting!? I realised I could have easily arranged a take away form the shops and sat in the clubhouse on some of the evenings I was there!! – Maybe next time? If you stay, I recommend taking a walk or short drive to the Bees Kness Bar/Grill. Stevie (owner) was such fun. Food was great and fantastic value."

"Property located about 1,5 hour drive from Lusaka and it worth the ride. This is a meditative place to spend time with nature and yourself. Premises are just top notch. Everything is on a very high level. Cleanest air and water in the entire Africa I believe. Geoff gets water from own well and then filters additionally. So tasty that we took 2 bottles with us. I had a deep and healthy sleep every night - slept like a baby or even a cat. Literally enjoyed each moment of our stay. Lost some weight too! :) Goa or Bali is nothing compared to this place. For spiritual retreat you should come here and unite with Universe. Geoff is an easygoing and highly attentive person. I felt like we were staying with friends or a family rather than at a rented flat. Already missing the place and planning to return in October-November this year."
