"المنتجع بشكل عام رائع الشاطيء جميل تعامل الموظفين للامانه يستاهل 10 نجوم المرافق حلوه سواء الشاطيء او اجوا المنتجع بشكل عام موقعه يعتبر بالوسط سواء لهوي ان او وسط دانانغ ، لكن للامانه الفيلا من الداخل قديمه جدا متهالكه من الرطوبه + دورة المياه مافيه اي خصوصيه فقط حاجز والحمام قديم جدا متهالك و بدون ابواب غير مناسب لنا لكن المسبح الخارجي للفيلا رائع وحجمه مناسب"

"Naman Retreat is absolutely wonderful. The surroundings are stunning, with a very beautiful and peaceful environment. The pool area is gorgeous and perfectly designed for relaxation. I especially loved the healthy and delicious cocktails — fresh, tasty, and refreshing. The staff is very kind, attentive, and welcoming. The entire territory is immaculately maintained, beautifully organized, and clearly very well cared for. Breakfasts were excellent, with a great variety of high-quality food. The spa is amazing, and the fact that yoga practices are included in the price makes the experience even more special. Reiki healing was truly outstanding — wow, a very powerful and memorable experience. Overall, Naman Retreat is a perfect place for relaxation, wellness, and recharging both body and mind. Highly recommended."

"The entire territory of the retreat is perfect — beautifully designed, very well maintained, and truly impressive. However, the rooms themselves could benefit from renovation. They did not feel very cozy, and I personally missed a stronger sense of comfort and safety. It would be great if the doors could be locked securely from the inside, as this would significantly improve the feeling of safety. A more modern interior design and warmer, cozier atmosphere in the rooms would also make a big difference and better match the otherwise high standard of the resort."

"We had the most wonderful stay at this resort and honestly have no words to describe how incredible the service was. Our ambassador, Jasmine, was absolutely amazing. She checked in with us every day on WhatsApp to make sure we were okay and was always there whenever we needed anything. Her care, professionalism, and kindness truly made our stay extra special. The hotel itself was beautiful, with fantastic facilities and such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every member of staff was so helpful, friendly, and attentive,nothing was ever too much trouble. We were lucky enough to try the Asian buffet hot pot event both times during our stay, and it was absolutely delicious. A real highlight for us! The location is also perfect, around a 20 minute drive to both Da Nang and Hoi An, which made exploring so easy and convenient. From start to finish, everything was flawless. We are already planning to come back next year and will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended!"

"The Mexican restaurant was ok the first time we went but the second time the food was terrible and we found pieces of plastic in multiple dishes and drinks. Staff said thanks for letting us know, but didn’t offer a discount or replacement of items. Pool also closed too early."

"It was amazing! What you see on the pictures is what you get. All facilities were great. They are cleaning and fixing everything every day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good. Definitely a place to come back."

"We had some issues with Check in. We requested and paid for a sea facing room, when we got there they said the sea facing room was not available and was subject to availability. Which was not on our booking. We ending up paying extra for an upgrade."

"Naman team really did their best to provide a comfortable stay for my family. They added an extra bed for my sister in the apartment without my request and without additional costs. The pool is very lovely. One of the best pools, looking at the beach."
