"Nicola is a fantastic host, great swimming pool, large private garden, quiet at night…we loved it all."

"Breakfast and dinner was superb, a mix between Sri Lankan and western dishes. The team was very attentive for all our needs and the kids loved the pool. Great place to stay for a night or two."

One room had quite an odour (mold probably) from the bathroom, but this is the norm in Sri Lanka usually. Not a big deal. Just close the door to the bathroom.

"The bed was very comfortable, and the location was very quiet - we slept really well. Breakfast was very generous and tasty and the staff were really polite and friendly."

Det har ikke så meget med overnatningsstedet at gøre, men hvis man tager til øen i efteråret (jeg var der i oktober) er der ingen steder at gå ud, da alt er lukket. Det skal man huske da det bliver tidligt mørket og solen står sent op.

"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

"The hone was beautiful and relaxing. We absolutely loved our stay. The only thing was the shower handle was broken and rje shower head pressure was so low. We will recommend this little piece of serenity to all our friends and family. See you next time! Thank you"

"The location is great. We have very good privacy and there is a nice view to the lake. The reception lady was great and they answered to our requests very fast."

Weak wifi, not enough napkins, toilet paper. No soup liquid in the toilets. Other than that we were really satisfied.

Tylko jedna rzecz na minus,to był pierwszy przystanek po długim locie w pobliżu nie ma sklepu a w apartamencie nie było nawet jednej butelki wody...

"Spacious, clean, so many facilities for us to use, loved that it was a whole villa to ourselves and it was private although there were other villa’s around it was still like like our own private home. Every bedroom had a ensuite, balcony, garden view. The pool, the outdoor area, the garage, the washing machine and dryer, the kitchen and kitchenware was great, living area was comfortable and great for a family esp with dinning area. We loved our stay here! It feels like it away from the city but it’s still a 5-10min drive away so it was a perfect hideaway."

Hard to find the property as it had no exact address number just the street especially if you don’t speak French - neighbours tried to help but could only speak French. The house is fully furnished but does not have the essentials - you will have to buy this yourself ie. dishwashing liquid, powder, salt, pepper, toilet paper, coffee, sugar etc. the house comes with none and it’s not provided so be prepared that you will have to go out and buy it.

"The villa size and the owner was very kind to send us to train station when we left. We all love the villa of our 4 nights stay."

It will be better if it can have a washing machine in the villa. Although the self-service laundry is not far from the villa, we need to carry many clothes out and back.

tuve problemas con el agua del sanitario y ducha , y que las otras personas que estaban a la par nos dijieron que si podiamos bajarle a la musica siendo las 2: p.m. de la tarde por que habia una persona enferma

"The complex is at a very good location and close to the slopes of Malina ski lift, which is less than 5' with a car. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The food is typically Bulgarian and tasty, for our 5 days we tried lot of Rodopian dishes ( the lamb was amazing).. The room, we were in a house, was spacious and the beds was quite comfortable. Thank you, I succeed to sleep. We didn't used the kitchen, but maybe some more socks on the side of the microwave would be useful."

The living room was enough spacious but the sofa was small, not so comfortable and small for 4 people. I would recommend to forbid the smoking in the jacuzzi and would take out the tv from the Russian bad. Also, I regret that the cold pool in the space of Russian bad was not full. But despite of these small inconveniences I recommend fully the space! Thank you for the hospitality!

Negeras, nemalonus kvapas name, net vėdinant patalpas, kvapas i šlieka. Seni baldai, nepatogus palipimas į miegamuosius, ypač su mažu vaiku labai pavojinga.

"Beautiful views overlooking the sea. I saw a rainbow. The facility is set up to be self servic but you can also order food off the menu. Elevated local food was excellent. The host was very attentive and accommodating where possible."

The pool was a bit cool so I did not use it.

"Very nice isolated location near the lake. The installations are very modern. Our host was very available and nice."

A little bit expensive

"Gerçekten çok güzel bir ev. Ev sahibi de gayet ilgiliydi. Yataklar temiz ve rahattı. Mutfakta yeterince gereç vardı. Bahçesi çok güzeldi."

Çamaşır makinesi değişmeli diye düşünüyorum. Çalışıyor fakat biraz fazla gürültülü ve çok uzun süre de yukarı. Banyo için komple bi değişiklik olabilir. Özellikle kış ayları için daha ısınabilir hale getirilebilir. Fakat yine de her şey çok iyiydi.

"The great location by the beach and the lovely house with great housekeeping and landscaping staff."

The check in process and receiving the keys could be improved. That process was not clear and we had to wait before a closed door.

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

The check in details could have been clearer. The keys had to be collected from "Arcoplant", which is a small garden centre a long way from the apartment. We got there on a Sunday, so the garden centre was closed and it was difficult to get in touch with the owner, but they were really friendly and helpful once we found them.

"Train station is 5 minute walk from the villa, handy to travel the local area. Shops and restaurants are plentiful within 15 minute walk. Local beach within 10 minutes walk. Bike hire available from a 10 minute walk from the villa, with an excellent bike route around Balaton."

Train track runs close to the rear of the property, so can be noisy as they pass

"Idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek! Domek położony tuż przy polu golfowym, z pięknymi widokami i mnóstwem przestrzeni do relaksu. W środku czysto, bardzo dobrze wyposażony – niczego nam nie brakowało. Cisza, spokój i pełen komfort sprawiły, że mogliśmy naprawdę odpocząć. Świetna lokalizacja i warunki zarówno dla dorosłych, jak i dzieci. Zdecydowanie polecam – na pewno tu wrócimy!"
