"The house was very charming. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace! The kitchen was outfitted with lots of dishes, serving dishes, utensils and everything you can think of. We appreciated that."

The kitchen was very cold. The hot tub was older and had a bit of a musty smell and all the jets didnt work. But it was great to have it in a screened in porch. Theres only 1 main bathroom and 1 ensuite. So if you dont mind people walking into your bedroom to get to the 2nd bathroom.

The staff, especially Tom, were amazing! 🤩 I was feeling pretty sick, but Tom went above and beyond, providing me with electrolytes and making sure I was comfortable. His kindness and care made a huge difference. Overall, I'd give Ban Lakkham River View Hotel 5/5 stars for location and staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again! 🏨💕"

Everything was perfect!

"Spacious, clean, so many facilities for us to use, loved that it was a whole villa to ourselves and it was private although there were other villa’s around it was still like like our own private home. Every bedroom had a ensuite, balcony, garden view. The pool, the outdoor area, the garage, the washing machine and dryer, the kitchen and kitchenware was great, living area was comfortable and great for a family esp with dinning area. We loved our stay here! It feels like it away from the city but it’s still a 5-10min drive away so it was a perfect hideaway."

Hard to find the property as it had no exact address number just the street especially if you don’t speak French - neighbours tried to help but could only speak French. The house is fully furnished but does not have the essentials - you will have to buy this yourself ie. dishwashing liquid, powder, salt, pepper, toilet paper, coffee, sugar etc. the house comes with none and it’s not provided so be prepared that you will have to go out and buy it.

"Wir waren bereits zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus. Diesesmal hat uns die Sauberkeit sehr positiv überrascht. Es war sehr ordentlich, die Betten alle bezogen, alles hat gut gerochen und war sehr einladend. Hier und da etwas Dekoration war super schön und hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder."

"Very helpful manager Mr. Bikram Lama. He helped out a lot. the evening fireplace is wonderful to keep warm. Breakfast is made-to-order and hence decent. Once you are in the property, it's a great feeling just next to the runway!!"

Location is confusing as one has to walk quite a bit from Lukla Airport. They should coordinate a porter with arriving guests. It's very cold there and room heaters must be provided for the night. Also, 24 hour hot water supply must be provided

"Its a quite place. All of their staffs are too nice and helpful. The resort is just walking distance from the town centre or the ski. There was an unexpected party during of of our dinner which elevated our experience to the next level. Overall it was really good place and we were all happy."

The 3rd bedroom is a small room just enough to place a single bed. There was only one common bathroom for a 2.5 bed cottage which was quite frustrating.

"Good location allowing trips to different parts of Ohrid lake, and the national park. Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, balcony and living room and with a kitchen that we used once. The view from the living room is fantastic, and so is the swimming pool view. Open area for seating is also nice. They also gave us some wine and toasties for kids gratis once so was quite nice. Parking is easy, lake in front and a mini market close by. They don’t serve breakfast or dinner but there is a nice pizzeria close by and a couple of other restaurants that we tried. Breakfast ok - changes a bit. Good tips by the staff when requested."

The air con is in the living room so it can get hot in the bedroom during the day. A fan was provided on request.

"We absolutely loved everything about this property. Amazingly wonderful villa, Lilou our villa host was also great and very helpful. Celine the property owner had left us a welcome platter of different French cheese’s which were delish and a bottle of red and white wine along with a dozen eggs and a loaf of bread."

The property was perfect inside and out and nothing to dislike.
