"One room (we took two rooms) door lock repeatedly malfunctioned, locking out our children for some time, while waiting for repair. This was inconvenient and wasted our time. Also the road traffic noises are significant in the rooms. Sound proof windows glasses would make it better"

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."

Breakfast was good and plenty. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cleaned(swept) daily. Bedroom linen and towels were changed daily."

"Beautiful property and well thought out, need more variety for lunch menu/ lighter options. Also feel in the room there should have been a balcony as outlined at booking. And a curtain for the toilet. Also too many influencers who are not guests taking over the place. Staff all lovely. Felt the guest services coordinator was a bit abrupt / not as polite as could be."
