"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — they were incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely warm, which set the tone for the entire visit. The room was fantastic — spacious, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable. It felt like a little oasis in the heart of the city. I was especially impressed with how quiet and peaceful it was, despite being in such a central and convenient location. Everything I wanted to explore was just a short walk away. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the sauna. It was clean, modern, and a perfect way to relax after a long day out. It really added a touch of luxury to the whole experience. All in all, I can't recommend this hotel enough. Great location, superb facilities, and most of all, a team that truly cares about its guests. I'll definitely be coming back!"

"While my overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few disappointing aspects. The mattress was uncomfortably hard, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, some of the extras felt overpriced — for example, a simple coffee at the bar was over 8 euros, which wasn’t a pleasant surprise. I also noticed that the printed menu listed prices that were significantly lower than those on the digital menu, which felt a bit unfair and misleading. A bit more transparency would go a long way."

"Everything was good except the pillows which were too soft。Touch controls for lights and air conditioning take a little time to learn, but are easy"

"Not really a complaint, but this may be relevant to some foreign guests- I was expecting a more 'international' style hotel in terms of the staff's ability to speak English, TV channels on offer, food ranges at breakfast and on the room service menu etc. For example, staff in the lobby bar spoke limited/no English and didn't understand their own wine menu i.e. what was the name of the wine and what was the name of the grape which resulted in some awkward exchanges. The Spa area was also surrounded with boxes and materials for some rennovations being done in the hotel etc which was a bit unsightly. I understand that the hotel will become an Intercontinental though in 2025, so the above may change"
