"Great host & staff, friendly & helpful. Good location down a side alley but close to bars, restaurants, cafes & shops. 15 min walk to central bus station, easy for direct bus to airport. 15 min walk to ferry port. Clean place & rooms, hot water shower. Okay size room. Only thing that would make it better is a kettle for tea & coffee in the room. Good value."

"When I couldn't find a room in the hotel I wanted, I found a room in this hostel. Cleanliness is very important to me. I read in the comments that it was very clean. When I arrived late at night, I said let's stay here for 2 nights and then move to another hotel, but we were satisfied. The hostel was much cleaner than I expected."

"The size of the room was good, everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, aircon worked well and there was a balcony to the back side. With the windows and doors closed, it wasn't too loud, however I use to wear earplugs anyway when staying in hotels. The breakfast buffet was nothing special, but sufficient. There are countless small shops, eateries and a supermarket right around the hotel and it's only a few minutes walk to the beach promenade. The value for the money was really good and I ended up staying four days instead of the one planned, because the town and the surroundings were so pleasantly nice and laid back."
