"The intimate contacts during the massage were weirds and unconfortable. The masseuse should not rub her ribs or butts against my backside nor to place her breast on my head. Especially when I showed being unconfortable about it. Maybe it's a thing here that other clients enjoy ? For me it was totally inappropriate and it's sad because the massage itself was really amazing and made from really good skills"

"The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a high-class tasty breakfast. Air conditioning was really tip-top. The room is cleaned on demand. Lobby area is very relaxing, no silly pop music, no staff chattering unnecessarily, everyone smiling and helping, when you are in need. The gym is new and there are lots of machines."

"Outdoor spa pools could be cleaner. It is not really fault of the staff, though. The issue is that there are peagons nesting, resting, and grooming above the children's pool, and time by time, I saw excrement around it. Peagon excrement can be dangerous for health as they often carry some nasty bacteria and parasites. Spa needs a little renovation, but I understand the low demand as Adana is a big sauna itself in summer."

"The location is excellent. The front desk members, their welcome, their kindness and smiling faces, helpfulness was 10+/10. The room was spacious, quite and with a great view. The twin beds very large and comfortable. Room service was great. House cleaning lady was great also. All staff made our stay very enjoyable. The courtesy treats at the room and lobby bar were a pleasant touch. Thank you."

"Great swimming pool and gym. Very close to the big mosque and old bridge. The room was very comfortable and with a view on the mosque and river. The hotel can help to schedule shuttles to the airport."

"Overall the hotel was great, but: The welcoming/ check-in staff was quite incompetent and could not even do the basic task of generating an invoice for my stay. The cleaning personnel could do a better job at replacing things that they would take when cleaning the room (towels, mugs). We had to make several calls to the reception during our stay so that they would give us back towels, mugs that they had taken from the room. Breakfast is extremely pricey."
