"Very friendly, helpful staff, delicious food and comfortable rooms. They also take into account dietary wishes which is very nice. Totally recommended. The name says it already but its very family friendly, suitable for young kids and made my family feel at home. The beach is a short walk from the hotel and pools are nice and clean."

"I had low expectations of the hotel being a 3 star. Rooms were small, but facilities were adequate. Pros - Great staff, Ridvan and Gaye, went above and beyond in accomodating our party of 21. They were both very patient. - Gaye and the on-site medic were fast acting and very helpful during a medical emergency. - 2 big pools and 2 paddling pools"

"In our room, there were a couple of things that suggested age. One evening the inside door handle came off in my hand as I was locking up. The next morning we reported it and the entire assembly was replaced while we were at breakfast."
