"Amazing Hotel with very friendly and Professional staff. The Lady who was working mainly in the entrance was very Kind and gave us Information about the Hotel. The Food was good and fresh made. Osman gave us the Information about a Upgrade possibility & Berat helped us to Upgrade our Room to the King Suit. Besides that, he was always available for questions. I think, their work deserves Special recogniton! Everyone did Everything they could, to make our stay more enjoyable. It was a Great experience, thanks to the whole Team and until Next time."

"Easy access everywhere to the pools, the bars and restaurant. It was a great mix of two outdoor pools with a small separation. The whole beach area was very clean and felt great with the sun. The best at the beach is that you could rent for a day a small pavilion area on the water to be more private with food and drinks service."

"That the inside pool was not heated as it should be and that the rooms with direct pool access had short walls to keep it private but there was still a bit space and it happened more then once that “neighbors” walked there around as it was quicker to go to the bar."

"The design of the hotel is beautiful. Most of the staff were friendly. The reception staff were wonderful and helped in everything to satisfy you. I was in room number 3501 and it was very wonderful with a very beautiful view."

"The only little - it’s the pool…. There is no enough lounges near the pool… or you have to get up 6/7am to get your space."

"The choice of food was fantastic, and the choice of seating in the main restaurant was also great. If the outside was too hot, there were lots of lovely rooms indoors to eat which were air-conditioned. I also loved the patisserie and the seating outside of the bar in the evening was beautiful. I used the gym which was great, the beach and pool were amazing as well as the gardens, loved the waiter service on roller skates at the pool! Beautiful decor throughout the hotel."

"I was not that happy to have to pay extra for the other restaurants as this was not clear in the booking. Also the bistro at 15€ per person extra was not good value for money, the food tasty, but not worth that amount extra. Waiter service on the beach as well as the pool would have made everything perfect!"

Their warmth and professionalism made every dining experience even more enjoyable. We also want to highlight the reception team, who were incredibly accommodating and always ready to help with a smile. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. "Nie było takich rzeczy, hotel całkowicie spełnił moje oczekiwania, może powinno być więcej atrakcj w dzień, ale sam nie wiem jakie by one mogły być. W przypadku tego hotelu zdecydowanie bardzo liczne plusy całkowicie przewyższają minusy"

"Красивая, достаточно большая территория, ухоженный сад, большие и очень чистые номера. Пляж и бассейны с достатком шезлонгов. Хорошие бары с премиальным алкоголем и доброжелательным персоналом."

"Ресторан - это трагедия и не уровень этого отеля. Дело не в том, что еды не хватает или она не вкусная. Еды много, даже слишком. Но много - за счет того, что перемешивается еда свежая и качественная с едой с прошлых ужинов, обедов и завтраков, из нее делают какие-то дикие салаты и сэндвичи, непрезентабельные, заветренные, которые даже не меняют местами чтобы скрыть убогость таких экспериментов. Для меня это все закончилось отравлением в день отъезда :-(. Далее, около йогуртов стоят плоские тарелки, около салатов - глубокие. Чайные ложки - только если берешь кофе. Отдельно взять чайные ложки проблема. Нужно отлавливать официантов, которых постоянно то ли не хватает, то ли они делают вид что очень заняты. Бокалы частично старые и мутные, частично неподходящих форм. Нормальное явление, когда на одном столе стоит в этом бокале пиво, на другом вино. Вишенкой на торте стало день рождения ребенка. На стойке Guest relations в ответ на просьбу, если можно заказать маленький тортик со свечкой ,мадам из, кажется Туркмении, сказала, что в этом ресторане так не принято. Могут принести тортик в номер, а мы можем сами отнести его в ресторан к ужину. Ок. Сделано. Скромно, но все же. Каково было наше удивление и огорчение 9-летнего сына, когда на следующий день для 3х столов, празднующих дни рождения детей и взрослых в зал под песню Happy birthday, вносились торты, украшенные свечами и бенгальскими огнями."
