"موقع المكان حلو وهادي وبعيد عن الازعاج . ينفع للعوائل . قريب جدا من البحر موقع الفندق ممتاز بالنص بين البحر و والسكند رود قريب من السنترال فستيفال وكل الخدمات قريبه منك الطاقم ممتازين ومتعاونين بشكل رهيب فعلاً ممتازين ومستواهم يليق لان يعملوا بفندق 5 نجوم الفندق ممتاز واعتقد اني راح اعتمده لكل زياره لبتايا"

"On our journey, we stayed in four different hotels on various islands before Terra Nara. This is the best hotel of the trip and is in a slightly quieter area of Pattaya. + Everything essential is within walking distance, including food restaurants, bars, massage parlors, markets, and, of course, the Terminal 21 shopping center. + The rooms are tidy, the bed is comfortably soft, and the air conditioning works well. + There was never any congestion during breakfast."

"The cinematic room system - the projector, difficult to set up. Air con slightly noisy There is no air con in the lobby, bar, reception and hallways. Since it’s very hot, you can’t really use the hotel bar for example. No spa facilities and the pool area has very little sun beds. No towels available. Not the hotel’s fault, but due to the location, very noisy (you can hear the bass from 10 pm to 4-5 am)."
