"very kind lady/host, cosy place, liked the higher ceilings, having a desk, walkable distance to old town, area doesn’t feel that touristy, comfy bed, very close to 7-11/shops and a local market"

"Unbeatable price/quality ratio! The room is clean, AC working perfectly, private bathroom. 20min walk to the old city so that is not too much and it is within the pickup zone of many touristic activities. The host is amazingly nice, ready to help and give advice and what to see on the area."

"Only negative point is that it can be a bit noisy if you have a room facing the street, but you then get to have a balcony, which is really nice!"

"The accommodation is very well located because you have a 7 Eleven 50 meters away and another supermarket right next to it. You have restaurants near the accommodation about 100-200 meters and even a laundry. In the evening on the main street you can find street food at very good prices and the food is very tasty. You can walk to the Night market in 20 minutes. The accommodation is very ok, clean, I always received water from the owner, the towels were changed every 2 days. At the reception, you can make coffee, tea, you have free snacks. We paid when we arrived and they even asked us for 1000 baht bills because they don't accept them anywhere else."

"Beautiful lady running the homestay. Very welcoming and hospitable. The place has a great vibe. The room was large and comfortable in every way. Good Wi-Fi. Free tea, coffee and biscuits. Location was close to everything you need. 10 minute walk to the edge of the old city. Faultless stay. Many thanks."

"Great budget option for those who want their own space without paying too much. A friendly and helpful owner runs the place. My shower had hot water. Some road noise from outside but not too bad at all. I slept well here and I would happily return."

"Every morning we were pampered with generous breakfast spread of eggs, sausages, bacon, bread, yogurt, cereal, beverages and fruits. The villa has a good layout and huge comfortable space for our group of families to gather without feeling too crowded. There were many things to keep the kids (5yo - 16yo) occupied. Games, ping pong, billiards table, gym, and a huge pool with seats, floats, basketball net and jacuzzi! We hung out at the pool almost all day coz it was so enjoyable. The manager James was super helpful and friendly. He answered to our requests very promptly and helped arrange for transport, tour and dinner party. He made our stay very pleasant and happy. It was nice that they had a handyman inhouse who managed to fix many things (faulty gym equipment, aircon issues, door lock etc) and even clean the pool! We like that the towels were changed everyday although we tried to reuse them and we had fresh pool towels everyday too!"

"The staff were so friendly ! The place was fully equipped with the facilities you’d need for a short stay including bike rentals and day trip availability. The room was clean as well as the bathrooms!"

"I stayed here for about 7 weeks total - kept extending my stay. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. You can order a wide variety of food right at the hotel or hit a bunch of local restaurants and cafes, all walking distance. It's not far from Robinson and a quick Grab ride from the night markets. I was traveling solo, working locally in Mae Sot for a few months and this was the best place I stayed, so kept extending my stay as the work got extended. I was also 6 months pregnant by the time I left and felt very cared for and looked after by the staff. Would recommend this place for anyone traveling to Mae Sot."
