"A beautiful, tasteful, comfortable room. With good facilities, such as fridge, seating inside and out on the balcony. Kettle with coffee and creamer. The large fridge had a mini bar and price list. Breakfast was included, Asia or European choice. I would highly recommend this place."

"The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and the clock tower. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and easy access to the night market. Breakfast is free and the environment is nice. The room was clean and the balcony was a little small. Rooms close to the elevator will be a little noisy."

"The location of Namthip Residence is central, and the restaurants can be reached easily by car (between 4 and 5 minutes). Opposite the residence, there is a Dim Sum restaurant located. The receptionists speak English and are very friendly and helpful. They give good tips on where to go to recommended restaurants, night markets, and tours. The room and bathroom are clean, and the roommates are very friendly."

"We asked for a softer pillow. It was, unfortunately, not possible. The room for breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, no atmosphere. The breakfast is simple. The way of preparing the egg dishes is upon request. Instead of fresh coffee, instant coffee is offered, toast bread, margarine (instead of butter), and jam, no orange juice."

"Hotel is a short walk from the Trang center, but there are plenty of services, coffee shops and excellent restaurants around. Hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and the staff is very helpful. There is a tourist agency at the entrance, which can arrange transfers to the islands."
