"الفندق مريح والمرفق زينه ولاكن لا يوجد اكل متنوع ولا يوجد مطاعم غريبه من الموقع يفترظ ان يوفرو البيتزا والجكن برجر والتنوع في الاكل حيث انه موقع بعيد عن المدينه اما باقي الفندق ممتاز من مرافق ابسبا والسونا وحمام السباحه للاطفال وللكبار وقظيت احلى ليله واتمنا اعيد الزياره"

"The hotel and its facilities were truly exceptional! The spa and wellness area is one of a kind, featuring seven different saunas and numerous pools. Even though the weather was poor, we made the most of our stay by skipping the skiing and spending our entire time at the hotel. Everything you need is right there, regardless of the season; it’s the perfect place to relax, and the complimentary glass of Prosecco was a lovely bonus"

"I would have given this a 10/10, but the staff’s audacity was relentless. They were incredibly impatient during meals; you couldn't leave your plate unattended for a second before it was whisked away. The same goes for the restaurant right next to the hotel. At one point, I stopped eating for a few seconds just to take a breath because I was full, and they immediately tried to take my plate. Even while I was still eating, a waiter grabbed an empty plate from across the table as if it couldn't wait one minute until I finished. There is no rush, people - let us eat in peace and take the empty plates or at least ask first!"

"Very nice accomodation. Currently they are building up new wellness outside part, that would be more than 10/10. Nice selection on the breakfast. Nowadays not very often to be offered - but they have very nice cigar bar. For spending time you have biliard, darts, bowling on site."

"The Interior of hotel and its facilities were amazing. Location in the middle of the woods with spectacular views was breathtaking. Rooms are comfy and decorated with wood. Wellness is nicely decorated with variety of saunas with amazing views."

"Separation of wellness between adults and children is a waste of space. Whole wellness should have been available for all, and used only separation by time, e.g. in the evening just adults. Because of this space is utilized poorly."
