"We had a very pleasant stay at Penzion Tavcar. The room was recently renovated, spatious, modern and very clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a big variety of choice for breakfast. The owners are super nice. They even prepared a packed breakfast for us as we were leaving very early in the morning. The penzion is situated outside of Ljublana but the bus connection is very convenient. We were by car but we actually never used the car to go to the city (and saved some parking money :D). Overall great value for money."

"The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. Not a huge room but had everything you need and the bathroom was lovely as well. A nice balcony off the room overlooking the surrounds. It is about 6 kms from the centre but an easy drive and doesn't take long. Parking available. Breakfast was provided, I am not a big breakfast eater but my husband loved it."

"The room was great, super clean, a nice mini bar with water, soft drinks, juice and beer, the prices for that were reasonable, the owners were super nice, it is very quiet, close to the city center, breakfast buffet was also great and parking free and safe."
