"They truly follow the principles of sustainable development and environmental awareness. As it’s a boutique hotel, you really feel like you’re visiting someone’s home rather than staying in a hotel. The owners are on another level—super kind and helpful. And the location? You couldn’t ask for a more tranquil setting."

"The only potential downside (though not necessarily for everyone) is that the bed is located on a loft above the room, accessible via fairly steep stairs. This can make it a bit inconvenient to go down to the bathroom at night, especially for less mobile guests."

"Very quiet location. Nice, very cosy and relaxing accomodation. Very friendly stuff. All bio and local food for breakfast and dinner."

"Water in the pool is a little bit too cold for my taste. If you don’t have dinner in the hotel there isn’t a lot of restaurant near by."

"Location on a steep hill 15mins from Kobarid (however there is no direct mountain view from the apartment and the surroundings - for that you need to climb or drive higher; 1km away a nice place - tourist farm - for dining). Equipped kitchen, washing machine, aircon. As shown in the photos apart from another (owner's) building behind. Fine for a short stay."

"I truly enjoyed the time I spent in Ljubljana! I chose the smallest option for budget. It is exactly what I expected. The pictures were accurate. It is not fancy, and it does not claim to be. It was simple and totally cozy and met all my needs! EXCELLENT wi-fi!! Bor, the host, was extremely kind and helpful. The location is AMAZING!!!! It is located a few meters off the river. On Saturday, I walked out the door to a craft market by the river. On Sunday, a great antique market by the river."

"if you expect a brand new property, super modern this is not it! This is a traditional - older building, very spacious, refurbished and tastefully modernised. It still has some older, more traditional elements which create a lovely authentic caracter without removing absolutely nothing from modern comfort and convenience. The host was absolutely amazing, met with us, handed the keys, explained about the house, facilities and what are the closest trails and walking routes. We were offered with complementary traditional home-brewed 'shnaps' shortly after arrival. Besides that, I felt like the host was extremely helpful and respectful of our privacy. We felt amazing there and we would not hesitate to stay there again. I wholeheartedly recommend this host and this property."
