"Location is SuperB, the rooms are spacious, and all of them are sea view, which makes this hotel unique. The view from the cafe&bar is spectacular. The status panels in the room makes the stay more comfortable. As soon as you insert the room card in the holder, the panel shows on the outside that it’s occupied, so the cleaners know when it’s free for the daily cleaning. You can even ask for extra cleaning on the panel, or for room service. Staff is always kind, especially at the reception. Whenever we passed the reception area they had guests at the desk, they were busy, but the smile never left their faces. It’s a plus that parking included in the dedicated parking area. Free water and lemonade during dinner is a nice gesture. Most hotels forces you to purchase any drink for dinner, while this hotel doesn’t."

"Meals for dinner was not for our taste. The meats were sometimes undercooked. But deserts were so tasty, and good quality. There are 3 elevators and they are so small, it’s not enough for such a huge building. We had to wait a lot, or use the stairs. At check-out it took 15 mins to reach the reception with the elevator."

"A brilliant hotel, with a great breakfast buffet and a superb dinner menu. The room had everything one could expect from a hotel of this calibre. The location was perfect - a wonderful view from our room, easy hotel parking, a great promenade for a stroll along the seaside and a regular nearby shuttle service to Piran."
