"Location, clean building, pool and gym facility in the building. I did like the entry / common area where the fridge, microwave, ironing board etc was located. Great to have all these amenities."

"Didn't get message confirming code or information about how to access card/ key to accommodation after hours. Tried to call both numbers on the notice board but no one answered the calls. As it happened while I was on the phone another staff happened to go to the office in the foyer and told office staff to come and take care of me. Keys were in one of the lockers waiting. I just had not been sent the collection information needed."

"Very helpful staff, especially Mrs. SARAH Coo, she arranged for me the taxi, because I had a European Sim and it was difficult for me to make the booking."

"Close to hawker and within walking distance to trains and buses. Located in central Singapore which made it easier to move around. Room was clean and whatsapp replies were speedy."

"They dont change your sheets. You have to wash in the unit washer dryer yourself which is doable except those combined washer dryer machines, dont dry properly so risk you sleep in damp sheets! Cleaning once a week and mine fell on public holiday. No replacement day!!!! So no cleaning til following week’s schedule. No top up bin liners 😳 Additional Toilet rolls & toiletries on request Packages delivery piled up in “mail room”. You have to go through each one to find yours on your own From all that you are able to judge their take on cleaning. So I question gyms cleanlinessss. Sweat stains on treadmill for days. My fallen hair on same spot for days…you be the judge"

"Hotel has a good location. Personnel was very polite and helpful. Hotel was easily accessible during the day and night. Nice view in the room. Comfortable bed and shower."

"Cleaning was online once a week and they didn't change towels during our stay. We had a studio, but the kitchen appliances such as pans were a bit scarce. TV wasn't working well and should've been adjusted a little lower. Other than that a very good experience."

"the location is very convenient, you can walk to paragon within 2 minutes and orchard mrt station within 10. the rooms are spacious and well equipped, there was also very little noise (such as cars, neighbours etc)."

"i didn’t love how the mattress wasn’t secured to the bed frame so it kept slipping around, not a major issue just annoying. i also would’ve liked to have maybe one extra towel for going to the pool or at least have fresh towels every few days."

"They do not borrow vacuum or broom to clean out the dust and was told to wait for cleaning that is once a week. This isn’t a big issue if you are not into being clean."
