"I came here by bike. The host was so flexible and helpful as well as others. The location is calm and beautiful and my room (small single bedroom) has a lake view. It is simple and village style exactly what you should expect, and it is clean and tidy! The main building is few hundred years old and if you meet Anders he may give you a good history about it! The romm in which the breakfast was served was also very nice and old school! The wooden sauna experience next to lake was unforgettable! I will come here again!"

"Very good and cosy, oldfashioned dormitory facility, located in an impressive manor site. Fantastique exclusive breakfast served inside the manor building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Don't forget to ask about the sauna by the lake."

"Fabulous unspoiled location in the Swedish countryside, surrounded by forests, fields and farms, with cattle, sheep and beautiful poneys!! Private lake for swimming and relaxing, yet very near to Gnesta station (direct to Stockholm City and Arlanda airport). Authentic country home with very welcoming and helpful owners. Delicious and copious breakfast in an amazingly elegant dining room overlooking the lake. Room and bed very clean and comfortable."

"Om man, som vi, föredrar det charmiga, personliga och lantliga framför likriktade hotell på "Storgatan" så är Mälby Säteri B&B helt rätt! Fantastiskt härligt rum, en helt underbar frukost, bl.a med ekologiska ägg & hemgjord marmelad och sylt serverades i stora salen med sjöutsikt. Dessutom ett mycket trevligt värdpar."

"Lovely breakfast with homemade bread, delicius. Beautiful houses and seaside view. Very friendly staff. The room was simple but comfortable with an extra heater in it."
"Die Lage des Hauses ist besonders vorteilhaft: nah an Ystad (10 Min. ins Zentrum) und an der Küste (4 Min.), dabei kaum Bebauung in der Nachbarschaft, extrem ruhige Umgebung und trotz Durchgangsstraße kaum merklicher Verkehr. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und bietet einer Familie mit Kindern genügend Raum. Besonders schön ist die abgeschirmte Südterrasse mit einem weiträumigen Blick über Felder und Wald mit Hasen und Rehen. TV mit nationalen Kanälen und BBC News war ausreichend, um im Urlaub etwas informiert zu bleiben, außerdem lief das Internet stabil."
