"Staffs reception was exceptional great. Very professional, approachable and excellent service. The breakfast bufe was very good. It's show the hotel pays attention to details and health. There was evidence to them catering for good nutritional value and paying detailed attention to people with food allergies."

"Good Location near the train station and near the town centre. Good breakfast to set us up for the day. The lady at the reception was very helpful. She even made an on line seat reservation for us as there was no ticket office at the station."

"We enjoyed our short stay with Jämteborg. Located on a very quiet street in the city center, an old but lovely building with its own spirit. However it's not a luxury hotel. Excellent stay for a 3 star hotel."
