"I stayed with two friends for two nights, but originally had only planned to stay one night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and flexible in extending my stay. The breakfast had lots of fresh fruit and it was not problem to have it at 5 am as we had to leave early. I think it is great value for money in Musanze!"
"The bathroom could have been cleaner and the shower wasn't working properly when we arrived, but that was fixed quickly after we raised it with the staff."

"Nous sommes très bien accueillis, les personnes qui y travaillent sont d’une grande gentillesse et très disponibles. Ils sont soucieux de faire leur maximum. Les chambres sont très bien. Environ à 20 min de la gare routière. Petit déjeuner très très copieux et délicieux !! Ils peuvent aussi préparer des piques niques pour le déjeuner si besoin."

Your place was very clean, everyone friendly and accommodating, very well located, near downtown but not so close as to be bothered by noise pollution. "We had such a lovely time at Nena House with Francoise as a welcoming hostess for our travel group of 4 adults and 6 kids (9-16). Being in touch with Francoise while planning the trip was very pleasant and professional. It was very nice she checked out dinner plans on the day we arrived before hand. The traditional houses are a delight, clean and with mosquito nets. The facilities are basic, and fine. The neighbor bar is nice for some festive vibes and a drink. The food is delicious. Eating breakfast in the garden with the beautiful view on the Rwandan hills is like paradise. Francoise is very kind in informing about local walks and in our case we where lucky enough to be there while there was a yearly harvest festival. She offered to go with us. We will never forget the experience of seeing the ceremony and traditional dancing and meeting some people in the village. If you plan a visit or are traveling through Ruhashia (near Kings Palace) we can highly recommend Nenas house!"

"Monica and Nobert are amazing hosts. They are always there to help you. They know a lot about the area and the country so their advices are always welcomed. They are really nice to talk to and share a meal with. They have 2 nice kids. Like Monica told me, « they are a home, not an hotel » and it’s way better that way! :) The room was clean and confortable. The included breakfast was really delicious and huge and it changed every day. They offer to cook for you if you want to eat dinner with them which is really great. They offer a twin lakes tour which was amazing with a lot of informations."
