الاستقبال لم يكن بحفاوة و سألتنا هل نشرب الكحول قلنا لا فقالت ليس لدي ضيافه سوى الكحول وهذا أمر سيئ لماذا لم تقدم لنا عصير أو حتى ماء ،والعشاء لم يكن بوفيه كان بالطلب من المنيو .

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the layout — the bed is a bit close to the entrance door, which made the space feel slightly tight at times.

"لقد جعل فريق العمل من ايامي لحظات استثنائية منذ لحظة دخولي الى المنتجع الى لحظة خروجي لقد كان كل شئ افضل من ما يمكن توقعه ،، الترحيب و التعامل و الاهتمام بالتفاصيل الصغيرة هوه اجمل ما يقدمة البشر لبعضهم لقد غمروني بكل حب و ترحيب و ود و تعاون شعرت اني بأفضل ما يكون ، اثاث الفندق و المناظر الخلابة كل شي ممتاز جدا جودة الطعام كان متميزة جدا ( انصح كل من يرغب بتجربة فريدة زيارة هذا المكان )"

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

"I thought the meals were good overall and the locations (I.e. grill, restaurant) very convenient. The staff at Divi were very professional, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. My family felt welcomed throughout our stay and really enjoyed our time at the resort."

We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.
