"Spacious ,well equipped ,large balcony with barbecue. 3 restaurants and supermarket within 5 min walk.small but beautifully presented pool with sunbeds and sun shades"

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

I didn't realise when I booked it how far from Risor town it is - 19km! The address says Risor and unless you look on a map, you cannot know its not actually in Risor, and I needed to be in Risor, but didn't go there by car so ended paying for very expensive taxis. You have to have a car to stay here.

"Exceptionally clean. A well stocked and presented breakfast buffet. All staff are very friendly and will do all they can to ensure you have a perfect stay. This is my 6th visit and have already booked for next year. This hotel is close to beach bus stops supermarket also tavernas."

"المكان هادي .. والفيو حلو .. الشاليه بسيط وملموم .. فيه اغلب الاحتياجات .. حمامات سباحة كبيرة وأكثر من ارتفاع حلو"

عدم سهولة التواصل مع الادارة وبعيدة ويجب ان تكون هناك خدمة اميرجينسي للضرورة قريب من الشاليهات مثلا كرت ما يشتغل او مشكلة يرجى حلها بسرعة ضروف طارئة مثلا لكن في كل وقت اتجه للادارة اول الشاليه درب وغير جيد الشاليه ما فيه مصعد مع انه مسجل الشاليه ما فيه مكرويف مع انه مسجل

"المكان نظيف ومرتب ويستاهل التجربه واشكر الاخ اسلام على التعامل الطيب 🛑ملاحظة للعوائل واللي معهم اطفال : ◀️ الموقع في وسط النفود والوصول له بسيارة دفع رباعي او عندهم توصيل الى الموقع وأيضا يمكنك الرجوع إلى منطقة التجمع فيها سوبر وكشكات مطاعم ◀️ لابد من اخذ الاحتياطات من الأكل والشرب ( سناكات ) بالنسبة للفطور شامله الحجر و يكفي لأربعة اشخاص اما الغداء والعشاء عندهم المطعم ولكن السعر غالي شوي ◀️ يكون معك فرش للنوم للاطفال الغرفة فيها سرير واحد وبعضها سريرين وفيها كلها أريكه"

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."

No staff available to greet us and show us to our apartment. The internet was useless.

The meal quality for dinner was reasonable. The breakfast buffet was poor.

"The house warms up quickly with the air conditioner, which was very convenient. There were a few small issues: no shower curtain, and the shower threshold let water through, so the floor got wet while showering. The water heater was next to the bed and a bit noisy at night, but we simply turned it off before sleeping. We mentioned everything to the administrator, and he promised it would all be fixed. Overall, we had a positive impression. It was especially convenient to have a restaurant on-site — we could have breakfast there, grab something to take away, or enjoy a simple dinner. The food selection wasn’t huge, but it was more than enough for us."

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

"The food and the friendly service. The staff are really amazing and the management was very giving. When shortfalls, which weren't major, showed up, they more than made up for it. They are appreciated"

The cocktails. Mocktails were just juices mixed together. Cocktails were alcohol simply mixed with juices, which did not blend well. All you tasted was the alcohol. Ended up drinking Coca Cola and juice mostly. Cocktails are meant to be tasty and enjoyable. Those were nowhere close.

The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"
