لم يكن بعض الموظفين على المستوى المطلوب من البشاشة وحسن الإستقبال مقارنة بمستوى الفندق ومستواه العالمى كما بقي لى مال وعدونى برده عند الخروج ولم يفعلوا حتى لحظة كتابة هذه السطور

"Nagyon kedves személyzet, rugalmas opciók vacsora és spa elményekkel kapcsolatosan , családias, de annál szuperebb spa, rendkívül csendes, pihentető környezet, kényelmes bútorok, közösségi, de csendes tér, társasjátékok, sakk, pingpong. Igazán rég voltunk ilyen szuper pihentető, csendes helyen."

"두번째방문인데 초4가되니까 즐길수있는 물놀이 액티비티가 다양해서 너무 만족스러웠어요 슬라이드, 포인트브레이크 등이 좋았구요 직원분, 클럽메이트 모두가 너무친절합니다!! 가족모두 즐겁게 놀다갑니다^^"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"Everything! The pool was amazing, the facilities were beautiful, and the grounds were peaceful and spotless. Our accommodation was top quality — quiet, tranquil, and perfect for a relaxing break. We loved that we could bring our dog, and the parking was super easy. The staff were warm and helpful, and we felt completely looked after. We originally booked one week… and stayed for two. That says it all!"

"We visited in the off season and the resort was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and we loved all the facilities. We used the gym, had a couples massage, ate in every restaurant and enjoyed watching the waves on the sun loungers. The beds were the comfiest we stayed in and we loved our coconut welcome drinks! We were lucky enough to see a few turtles on our last day! Perfect location for arriving or leaving Samoa with just a $30 tala taxi ride."

We were sad the pool was closed but appreciate we were there in the off season and there was maintenance

I wish the restaurant area lighti g could be improved especially closer to the water...it would make a lovely evening entertainment area.

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"المكان هادي .. والفيو حلو .. الشاليه بسيط وملموم .. فيه اغلب الاحتياجات .. حمامات سباحة كبيرة وأكثر من ارتفاع حلو"

عدم سهولة التواصل مع الادارة وبعيدة ويجب ان تكون هناك خدمة اميرجينسي للضرورة قريب من الشاليهات مثلا كرت ما يشتغل او مشكلة يرجى حلها بسرعة ضروف طارئة مثلا لكن في كل وقت اتجه للادارة اول الشاليه درب وغير جيد الشاليه ما فيه مصعد مع انه مسجل الشاليه ما فيه مكرويف مع انه مسجل

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"年数は感じるもののオシャレな外観。 １室が中で２部屋に分かれており、更にそれぞれ２つずつベッドがありました。部屋同士もトイレや浴室のある通路をドアで挟んでおり行き来できます。それぞれの部屋も広い。エアコンもしっかり効くし、wi-fiやワイヤレス充電器もある。 朝食はゴルフ場のレストランで、サラダ、トースト、スクランブルエッグ＆ベーコン、スープ、ヨーグルト、飲み物をいただきました。美味しかったですが、ヨーグルトは大人向けの味です。甘くないので、子供達はトーストの苺ジャムを混ぜました。 スタッフはみんな丁寧な方ばかりでした。"

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"The stuff was very friendly, checking all the time if we need anything extra or providing guidance if we needed some tips about the island. The room was very nice, with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. Highly recommended!"

The mosquitoes at the pool ☺️. There is nothing we can think of that we didn’t like about the accommodation.

"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

"Nice calm resort well eqiupped spa, large rooms, great food, drink as well.. What is on top level is staff, in particular super nice lady at reception, always ready to help, moving you immediatelly to relaxing mood on arrival. Hope landlord is well aware having such a treasure in the team."

i was a bit disappointed for the all inclusive plus there was not much to choose from and every day almost the same items and some of the items unfortunately they weren’t fresh

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(
