"Workers are all gentle & generous; always smile on their face . Animation staff is top . Foods are very delicious & u find many varieties; the chef of the kitchen is exceptional. Thanks to Mouna & Thekra in the reception; they are very helpful."

"Everything! The pool was amazing, the facilities were beautiful, and the grounds were peaceful and spotless. Our accommodation was top quality — quiet, tranquil, and perfect for a relaxing break. We loved that we could bring our dog, and the parking was super easy. The staff were warm and helpful, and we felt completely looked after. We originally booked one week… and stayed for two. That says it all!"

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

You definitely need a car and we had difficulty hiring one.There was also no water on our last day. This is overcome by a back up system which needs to be turned on by staff who may not be on site till 10am

"Lovely place to stay. They have a pond full of fish and my daughter had a great time feeding the fish during our stay."

Toilet inside hotel room had a cigarette smoke smell.

"We had a fantastic stay at Musangano Lodge with family. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. It's a peaceful, well-run place that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!"
