"Staff is very helpfull and friendly! Rooms are spacious. Location is amazing, just in front of the natural pools. Breakfast was great, the best we had, but the funny thing about it is that you must cross the street to another "business" or " house " to have it!!!"

"Nice hotel with perfect location.We had a room with view on see side with nice balcony what is even better.Very good breakfast just across the street with direct view on pools. Parking also provided in 100m from hotel. Restaurants and supermarket in 150m range."

"Very good location -> close to trekking paths, nice view on the ocean and natural volcano pools. After Your hiking adventure opportunity to relax in the pools is excellent. Good breakfast with variety of dishes is definetely a plus. On top the room was soundproofed perfectly."

"Not much, maybe the breakfast in other building is a bit unusuall, but still very close, so not a problem. It is much better stay than You would expect looking at the front of the hotel :)."

"+ Air Conditioning + Spacious room and nice balcony + TV and fridge with mini bar + Plenty of Storage + Staff were extremely nice and helpful + Location is perfect and parking available right in front of hotel. A lot of spaces in the morning and after 6pm. Busy during peak hours. + Views at breakfast time"

"From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful home. The home is cozy, clean and welcoming. I felt confortable walking through the home and enjoying the shared areas. The staff member was very welcoming and the check in was quick and painless. Our Room was spacious, confortável, well-apointed, had a great view of the mountain. We enjoyed the fresh continental breakfast that was provide. We truly had a wonderful Stay and would highly recomend the hotel to others. I look forward to visitinha again on the future."

"The location is very good- close to the Old Town and the Marina area. It’s a 15 minute walk downhill to the centre of the Old Town, but 10 mins takes you as far as first bars and a few small shops. It’s uphill walk back to apartment, but we found it OK. The apartment is very comfortable- tastefully presented and a large balcony with lovely view. The pool area is very good and the complex is well looked after. We had a couple of queries the first day and both were resolved by Celia immediately."
