"Location is great. It is near to restaurants and other shops. A few minutes walk to tram or bus stations. The staff was nice and easy to talk to. The place itself has everything you need and the size is quite good. The room is spacious enough for two."

"Great location, close to restaurants and shops and about 20 minute walk to old town. Quiet area. Friendly staff with clear instructions and advice. Clean and well equipped, had everything you need for a few days stay. Lovely and warm too when it was so cold outside. Would recommend for a family visiting Krakow."

"Quite narrow single beds for adults to sleep in but would be fine for children, could’ve done with an extra pillow each."

"Very nice place located nearby the Old Town of Krakow. We had a peaceful stay and had no problem at all reaching all the places of visit (such as Wawel, Salt Mines, Auschwitz, etc.) by train or tram. Very recommended!"
