"Location is great. It is near to restaurants and other shops. A few minutes walk to tram or bus stations. The staff was nice and easy to talk to. The place itself has everything you need and the size is quite good. The room is spacious enough for two."

Clean and well equipped, had everything you need for a few days stay. Lovely and warm too when it was so cold outside. Would recommend for a family visiting Krakow."
