"The room was lovely. Very clean and well equipped. I had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the hills. The location was good. It felt very safe."
"I liked everything except.. when I changed to a tour group (on the third night) we were given an internal room with windows to the hallways. No privacy and very noisy. I also noticed the staff were less helpful and warm. It was a significant contrast. Considering the tour groups are supporting this hotel.. I would think they should give equal service."

The reception staff were responsive, helped arrange a tour, the room was very clean. The view from the terrace is great and the location is also good. Breakfast is served from 5.00 AM."
