"Nice breakfast, very kind staff, location is good, but due to recent flooding, many of the nearby roads were closed, so was awkward to call/get dropped off by ubers/indrive. Really enjoyed our stay, clean, nice views and overall a good time!"
"Having to hand in key whenever leaving the hotel, not a big deal but a little annoying."
"The staff was very friendly and kind, helping and giving support every time it was needed! The breakfast was very good and balanced! Even during the days I had to leave before the breakfast, they prepared some food so I could take it and eat by myself! It is not too far away from the city center, taking around 10 minutes to reach Plaza de Armas."

"We had a really lovely, cozy room. The breakfast was really great up in a beautiful rooftop room, coffee and tea and even for my partner who is vegan although she couldn’t have the bread they prepared her a fruit bowl which was something. Really close to town also and they let us keep our luggage at the hotel whilst waiting for our bus. Staff were really friendly also"

"Loved the location. Just a 10 minute walk into the heart of old town, with all the old buildings to explore. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants to chose from. The hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned ajd beds made nearly every day. Staff were great as well. Breakfast was excellent every day."

"Clean and comfortable, spacious rooms. In a quiet area, 15min walk to the plaza de armas. Tasty breakfast and friendly staff."
"Used the laundry service and the clothing came back with really bad wrinkles from hanging incorrectly (not enough space on the line?) so we have to hope for an iron soon or have to wash again. Also, lots of white fuss on some pieces. But everything good with the accommodation itself :)"
