"1)عندما تم الحجز ، تواصلنا مع المضيف اكثر من ساعتين لم يتجاوب معنا ،وبعد التواصل مع ادارة بوكينج اتصل المضيف ، حيث تم تسجيل الدخول متأخر جداً الساعه 5:30 والتأخير كان من طرف المضيف ، ولم يتم تقديم اي اعتذار من قبلهم ولم يتم تقديم اي تعويض عن التأخير بالعكس حتى وقت المغادره تواصلوا معنا وتم إعلامنا بضرورة المغادره الساعه 12 . 2) الشاليه يحتاج سجاد عند احواض السباحة لتجنب الانزلاق لضمان سلامة الضيوف"

Perfect romantic atmosphere for couples. The three private swimming pools are the highlight — completely private and ideal for relaxing romantic swimming. Highly recommended for a quiet and special getaway."

"The kitchen equipment is not having the expected standard. Minor thing is that there are a lot switches for the whole house and it is hard to understand which is for what. It ended that our shower was cold. The owner will improve this going forward."
