"Good location from jump ridge track, four square right next door, pub"

"Shower had good pressure. Kitchen had everything you needed. Bed was clean and comfortable. 4 square supermarket was across the road. Staff at check in and the pub/restaurant were lovely, food was excellent."

"A very well used hostel, the carpet was worn and kinda gross, the bathrooms were ok but the use of metal roofing for walls and doors makes it super noisy. A little noisy until after 10pm."

"Sparsely furnished with little decoration. There was a non- flued gas heater in the living room (also small electrical heaters, one of which didn’t work)."

"Nice town and staff were friendly and happy. The lodge has some funny quirks, and the campsite was a lovely green space out the back Showers were great, coming down off the ceiling like warm rain. Very comfortable, don't expect too much (bring your own cooking gear for example)"
