"Extended visit due to Middle East situation. Our 1 night stay ended up 4 nights. Reception staff were excellent in managing this and letting us keep the shame room throughout. Location is 1st class, right next door to the Sky Tower, so always easy to find your hotel! Our room was a generous size and quiet, despite being in the middle of a city. We only ate in the hotel once for breakfast and offered a wide range of choice. We had pizza one evening but not overly impressed but may have been down to our choice. Found the rooftop bar on our final day! That was very special! Great place for evening cocktail over looking the city from the height. Close to good coffee shops for breakfast/lunch and restaurants for dinner. Excellent hotel for a stay for business or pleasure. Thank you!"

"Wi-Fi a bit intermittent and had to keep signing in and very slow. Normally not too much of an issue when on holiday but due to our situation we were relying on this."

"The only thing we found inconvenient and were disappointed with was the 3pm check in time as it didn't give us much time to freshen up before we had to head out to a concert. Was definitely better when check in time was earlier. The prices go up when an advent is on but the use of the room has shortened. Extra house keeping staff could solve this issue."
