"Location was excellent, good kitchen and great hostel to chat and meet people. Would recommend. It's costly, but decent priced for Tromso. Also was upgraded from 5 bed to 4 bed."

"Rooms didnt really get cleaned, apart from bins. I was in the room when cleaner would come in sometimes, but they just changed bins, no floor sweep etc. Also with reception being so short, if you had questions, there was noone to ask for things to do etc."

"Location was perfect for shopping, going to the cable car, buses and transfer to airport. It was an older building. Lovely lounge area to rest in. Lovely people staying there and very friendly and great to meet people from all other countries."

"Only one shower for all the rooms. Toilet was in the bathroom. Second toilet upstairs but would benefit for another toilet. Toilet and shower in one room. Better if toilet separate."

"Really good location and very friendly staff. My room was very spacious with only a couple of beds per room so had plenty of space. The kitchen was lovely within and out plenty of people to talk to. There is a nice shop just across the road which was great. This was my first time in a hostel so it was a great first experience."

"The bed felt a bit unstable and very creaky so will make a bit of noise every time you move and had a weird brick looking pillow that was quite small."

"Lovely hostel in a great location. The private room we got was warm and comfortable. Incredible value for money in an expensive place. Decent kitchen and utensils for cooking. Everything was clean. Easy check in system. Everyone was very friendly as well!"
