"الموقع حيث انها تقع في سنتر فلام و قريبة من قطار فلام البانورامي دقيقتين مشياً على الاقدام و الاطلاله على النهر و كذلك البحيره الموقع جميييل و لا أروع و كذلك مطلة على شلالات من كل الجهات كان رقم الشقة 1A و نظيفه و الحمام كبير و جميع ادوات المطبخ موجوده و تعامل الموظفين جداً راقي مع اننا لم نراهم كان كل تواصلنا بالهاتف و الايميل لانه موعد وصولنا كان متاخر و وضعوا المفتاح لنا عند باب الشقة و ارسلوا ايميل لاعلامنا بدلك و عند خروجنا من الشقه كان يوم الاحد يوم اجازة و اخبرونا نترك المفتاح ف الشقة"

"The apartments were spacious and clean. They had enough kitchen facilities to prepare simple meals. Though the hot water is limited, it was certainly enough for a nice shower for two people. The apartment we got was not centrally located but, if you are in good physical condition and do not carry large luggage, it can be reached by foot."

"Customer service or staff is just a mythical creature here: we just got no response whatsoever to our contact through booking. They allegedly offer transport to the accommodation, but because they do not answer at all, it was impossible for us to book it. Handling a taxi is not an option either, so if you have large luggage or small children, I would go for other accomodation options."

"We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much. It is quiet and has a beautiful view of the valley. The rooms are comfortable and the overall environment is very relaxing."

"The only downside is that it is quite far from the train station, about 1.3 km away. It can be difficult to walk there, especially when it is cold, wet and windy. Thank god we have waterproof jacket and umbrella."

"About a 15 minute walk which can be a pain if you’ve got heavy suitcases. Also didn’t see any staff at reception"

"What an amazing place, set in wonderful, peaceful surroundings yet not far from the centre of Flåm for all the activities and transport links. The day before we arrived, around 12 inches of snow landed and the hosts dug out the paths and made sure everything was toasty warm and comfortable. Great communication throughout. We had booked the shuttle but they emailed me to tell me it was cancelled and suggested alternatives."

"It would be helpful to have more cooking utensils, eg microwaveable bowls, and a spatula/slotted spoon, as cooking with just a ladle or pasta server is challenging!"

"Overall the place is clean except for the water leaking incident in the kitchen which they sent someone to fix the problem. The apartment size is ok for 4 persons."

"When we checked in at 4pm, there was a puddle of water on the kitchen floor. We are unsure where the water is leaking from...we called the checkin counter and they sent someone to fix the problem. As our apartment is near the barn area, the distance from city centre to the apartment is of a bit of a distance especially with the snow... if the luggages are not too heavy, it was quite an enjoyable walk."
