"مكان الاقامه جميل ومرتب احببت المكان الغرف واسعه والحمام واسع مرتبه ونظيفه موظفو الاستقبال ودودين ومريحين .. كانت اقامه رائعه الفطور جدا جميل ومتنوع موقع الفندق رائع توجد مواقف سيارات بجانب الفندق بدون مقابل حسب افاده الموظف بان مواقف السيارات الاماميه للشركات فقط عموما لامشكله في ذالك المواقف الاخرى ممتازه يسعدني السكن به مره اخرى شكرا من الاعماق .. كانت اقامه رائعه"

"This hotel is quite unique, it takes you back in time thanks to the style and decoration. It was interesting to see all the paintings of the founders and their family members, the old menus and the important achievements during history. The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and the live lovely music was a plus! Also a bonus - discount to the cable car (Voss Gondol) and free parking. There are many things to see and get absorbed by in this hotel, I definitely recommend it!"

"One of the oldest hotels in Norway definitely has a special charm to it. The location right at the train station and next to the gondola lift is excellent. Friendly service and a good breakfast. The swimming pool and jacuzzi sounded nice, but I didn't have time to test them this time."
"The cleanliness and soundproofing of the room could be better. My room was above the bar, so the thumping of the music and guest conversations could be heard in the early night. Understandably, as it's an old hotel. The reception kindly provided me with earplugs. There were dark hairs in the bathroom (I have fair hair) and a snus bag under one of the mattresses (I always do a bedbug check on arrival. There were noi signs here.)"
