"I love the whole aesthetic of the place. It is cozy, very comfortable, and the staff is absolutely lovely. It is an "old style" Hotel, with carpet on the floor and a sink in the bedroom. For me this only improves the place's charm. Breakfast is excellent and you may get a very decent pint at the ground floor pub."

"The toilets on the floor I stayed were particularly old and unclean. I think this is so because the Hotel is also a pub, and therefore Hotel guests share the toilets with the Pub guests."

"This is the second time I have stayed and this time was better . The first time I stayed the sheets felt a bit plastic feeling they weren't this time and the beds felt fresh and comfortable and had a great stay and sleep."

"I liked everything. If you make a reservation in this hotel have in mind that, in order to go to the centre of Amsterdam, a vehicle is needed. You cannot go on foot. With the bicycle it took me a nice 30 minutes ride."
