"this is a really nice and comfy hotel, located in the hearth of San Pedro Garza Garcia, and it make you feel you are in a nice house in a country house as it has the atmosphere to be in a posh ranch.!!"
"just be careful when ordering food on food service room as we paid around $780 MXN around $42 USD for a single burger with fries,!! so I think its over the price to high!! apart from that our stayed was really nice and we had a relaxed day.!!"

"The hotel is beautifully built, with solid high ceilings and walls decorated with oil and water paintings. Additionally, bronze and wood sculptures adorn the lobby, bar, and restaurant areas, giving the place an incredible feel of an old Spanish villa. The Quinta Real is situated in a prime location in the financial district of the Valle Oriente section of the municipality of San Pedro, on the southeast part of Monterrey."
"I thought that the carpets in my room had reached the end of their lifespan, and it might be time to replace them. Additionally, I was aware that the hotel was fully booked during my stay. One afternoon, when I took a shower, there was only lukewarm water (almost cold), and I attributed the high water consumption to the lack of hot water..I did not complain to the administration, but they might find a solution to this situation and prevent it for the future if they read this note."
