"Nice cosy common areas, hot showers, and all staff and volunteers were amazing, friendly and helpful. Free shuttle at 11am to the beach club with access to the lagoon was also very nice and relaxing. Just bring snacks or a pack lunch because the return is at around 4pm and there aren't many food options once you're there."

"Very clean. Just in the outskirts of the town centre, right behind a big supermarket (for snacks ). When we went there were lots of roadworks so walking to the centre was the best option and took us 15 mins only- practically a straight line, so very easy. The room was very clean, bed comfortable and spare blankets as when we went it was still cold at night. Fyi, the hot water is from solar panels so not that hot very early in the mornings. Jose was very accommodating and friendly. There are 3 pools and other facilities but we didn’t use them."

"Excellent hotel with a really nice restaurant. The bedroom was really spacious, clean and felt luxurious. On arrival the reception gave us complimentary drinks which was really nice after a long drive. Staff were very friendly, especially Antonio who really looked after us. Definitely would recommend this hotel."
