"Breakfast was okay but not worth the price. Buffet just on the weekends. All other days à la carte and you can just choose one of each otherwise there will be additional costs. They charge you TIP for breakfast unless you say you don’t want to and have to sign that. Property is a bit long in the tooth."

"Absolutely amazing hotel, we had unforgettable birthday stay here! Nothing to complain about. Staff superfriendly and helpul. Huge and clean room, great bed and silent to sleep. All the art is incredible, such an unique place to saty. Beautiful beach, lovely warm pool. Breakfast options are great and was good. Would love stay again!"

"Was right on the beach and has a unique, beautiful decor"

"The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, and when Hotel says breakfast is included then that means that there should not be any conditions applied to that. Heer, if you ordered more than one entrée you had to pay for the rest."

"The view was fantastic. The room was very spacious. I thought it would be nice to have AC however the time I spent inside the room was mainly at night and with the window open and the fan blowing, the temperature was perfect! Everyday they restock the water bottles, free of charge."

"We loved everything 💜 The location is perfect, the cabañas are in the middle of nature so you can sit on the little terrace and be surrounded by trees and birds singing. At night you can see fireflies 😍 The breakfast was delicious, especially their coffee. It's organic and they grow it and make it right there on the ranch. We also met the owners and had a very interesting chat about the area and life in general. They are very warm and kind people! We hope we can come back, there is so much to do and see around Cuetzalan!"
