"Everything about Le Tribord was great. Cleanliness, amenities, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, new furniture, unique interior. We asked the host Paynee for advice several times. He responded immediately and helped us to solve the problems."

"The flat is located on the ground floor in a very good location - close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket. The flat has everything you need - well working air conditioning in every room, kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Very comfortable beds and pillows. You could go out on the terrace - but it was too hot so we rarely did, but wet clothes dried quickly in the sun. The owner was very nice. We were arriving early, so we asked to check in not at 2 p.m. but at 12 p.m. The room was ready for our arrival."

"Unfortunately we found two large cockroaches in the bedroom in 8 days. If it wasn't for this I would have rated the flat a 10 not an 8."

"The apartment is clean and comfortable, close to the waterfront. Nearby is a well-stocked small supermarket and some small shops, pharmacy. Paynee the host is very kind and helpful. What I liked less was the noise of the freight entrance to the shops."

"Excellent communication with Krissen and Paynee pre arrival and throughout.. we experienced a lock down due to a cyclone and Paynee went out of his way to warn us etc. Location is great, v Handy for beach, shops, restaurants, private parking too for our hire car. The hotel next door is very handy, also good restaurants and a hairdresser which I used and a travel agent kiosk which sorts out car hire and excursion. Honestly, Paynee is like an Oracle, he helps with taxi's, hire cars etc 🙏🏻 All in all a very comfortable and spacious flat in lovely Flic en Flac. Definitely recommend!"

"Location is adjacent to a busy carpark for supermarket, shops and hotel. Can be noisy if you're home... However, all part of the vibe of a holiday in Africa 🌍. I used to clean a holiday let so this is being picky... Crockery would benefit of an upgrade... However the electrical appliances are v good and plentiful, from toaster to rice cooker... Hairdryer to steam iron, filter coffee machine, microwave... Also, again as an ex holiday let house keeper, some glass polish may make it a 10/10... The Appartment lighting is amazing though."

"The apartment was very stylish. Great location within 5 minutes on foot you can get to the beach. There is a big supermarket opposite the property so I brought all my own food and cooked using the cooking facilities. The hosts were very helpful. They arranged a taxi for me to get to the next place when the driver I booked on DoDo didn't turn up. Security was good, it had a safety deposit box."
