"The location was excellent and the pool was lovely"
"Had a problem with the shower as the handle broke off informed the owner and it took him 24 hours to come and look at it, luckily there were 2 showers. He did admit that nothing had been updated in the 20 years since the villa was built and it showed. It requires some TLC plus some things replacing like light switches which were broken, old fashioned furniture and mismatched crockery and glasses."

"Fantastic location and very helpful hosts. We had a great stay. Everything we needed was there and with the beach a 2 min walk away, supermarket 5 min drive and port for boat trips 10 min drive away (and airport just 15 min drive away) the location couldn't have been better. The villa felt like home!"

"The outside space was fabulous. A veranda with seating, planted and access to an adequately sized pool that was well maintained and cleaned regularly. Very well located for the beach. Owner helpful with restaurant suggestions and taxi. Very friendly."

"The bedrooms were a little bit dark but it’s not a problem if you’re not planning to spend all day there. Visitors should be aware that you have to lock and set the alarm before leaving everyday - this is just a reality of villas and self-contained accommodation in Mauritius. We never felt unsafe and it was easy to do."
